The brief: This recently renovated Victorian semi needs a stylish front garden. Taking inspiration from the patterns in the existing period floor tiles, and accommodating the owners' request to keep the grass, the new design will be simple but striking. A porous resin surface will be used for the shared path accessing the rear gardens, allowing easy manoeuvring of the wheelie bins.
