The brief: The new owners of this house loved plants and growing fruit and vegetables, but wanted to update the garden to complement their refurbishment of the property. The old conservatory was re-used to make a deluxe greenhouse and the attached tool shed has a green roof which attracts beneficial insects. The over-dominance of the trampoline was minimised by hiding it with planting. There is now space for adults to enjoy and children to play. In the future, the trampoline area can be reclaimed for more plants!
